The customer service is always an email away with all the information and the communication is top-notch.
Really good app, easy to set up and has given the customer much more visibility and control in the returns process, I hope they will come up with more addons in this app.
I have not had the app long, but when requesting returns labels it is effective for the customer to put there details. The are some things that can be improved.
1. It would be great if in the preferences you can put different return deadlines for UK and International returns. As international returns is longer time. Doesn't give you the option.
2. It would work better if when a customer request a return a email was sent to us. Without going into the app, you do not know if a customer has requested a return.
3. Once approved a return and a label is generated, it would be more helpful if this is sent straight to the customer. As this currently is available for me to download but only to send to the customer, which does take up time.
4. Do you do internatonal returns? If so how much are these and how does it work?
5. What about if a customer wants to exchange an item, that means we have to pay for the return and the re deliver?

The team at Clicksit have been just great. Very communicative and helpful to get the app up and running which took only 20 Min to do for me - very easy and effective app. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking for an app to help me save time when it comes to returns. I am very pleased with this app it has a great user friendly dashboard and was super easy to set up. The team were great following up with me to make sure i had found everything ok. The customer side is also very smooth and easy to use. I did find the generic information a little misleading from a customer perspective if you intend to pass on the shipping costs to the customer but not really an issue as you can edit yourself. I also would have liked the option to have the returns linked to my own royal mail account so that all my postage costs came from one account and i could apply my own rates. Overall i am very impressed and this app has done exactly what i wanted - saved me time, dealt efficiently with the returns.
I was looking for something to simplify the headaches of order returns (part of the business unfortunately) and this was perfect all round. Very easy to set up and customise. Now it's all done by a few clicks and job done.
I've been trying to contact support for MONTHS with no response. I'm unable to get this app working with Safari on Mac anymore making it obsolete. I'll be moving app's if this isn't resolved by EOW.
Good returns system with responsive customer support with simple yet powerful features. Would recommend.
The app is great. A couple more automations could be useful though, and also international returns labels.
