Really easy to set up and has given the customer much more visibility and control in the returns process whilst making it easier for them. Really pleased we chose Clicksit.
Excellent app, makes it so easy for my customers to return with ease. Straightforward instructions on what to do and customers are happy with the simplicity of the service!
Saves a load of hassle on returns and we can now process them alot better, customers are used to simple returns by the massive online companys & this helps us keep the process smooth and quick!
It's great to be able to offer returns using Collect+ just like our bigger competitors do. The charges are really good and the app is very easy to use. Also the customers do most of the work so we can just sit back and wait for the items to be returned, allowing us to focus on growing our brand.
Easy to set up everything and easy to use too. I had an issue with something that didn't worked as it should and the chat replied to me fast and Clicksit fixed the problem. The translation page is essential if you have customers from different countries.
Great app, easy to set up and there is always someone on hand to answer any questions should you need any help. They have really help streamline my whole returns process!
Love this app, highly recommend! Adds transparency to the returns process - customers use Clicksit to return their order for free from any local Collect Plus store and we can track this progress. Clicksit is also amazing as you can issue customer refunds/ credit/ exchanges from within the app - absolute customer service must! Great communication from their Customer Service team who are always quick to respond to queries.
This really does make the customer return process so simple. There are very few places without Collect+ stores nearby and of course their coverage is always expanding. Also the setup is quick, simple and the support during this is was second to none. If only all Apps had this level of end to end support. I've been using the ClickSit returns system for nearly a year now and they continue to improve the services offered to UK retailers A1 all round.
This application makes it very customerfriendly to take back returns in a proffessional way. The customers understand it and will be informed during the return process. Really great app!
I have not had the app long, but when requesting returns labels it is effective for the customer to put there details. The are some things that can be improved.
1. It would be great if in the preferences you can put different return deadlines for UK and International returns. As international returns is longer time. Doesn't give you the option.
2. It would work better if when a customer request a return a email was sent to us. Without going into the app, you do not know if a customer has requested a return.
3. Once approved a return and a label is generated, it would be more helpful if this is sent straight to the customer. As this currently is available for me to download but only to send to the customer, which does take up time.
4. Do you do internatonal returns? If so how much are these and how does it work?
5. What about if a customer wants to exchange an item, that means we have to pay for the return and the re deliver?
