Good and simple app. It would be nice if there would be a prompt to send a custom email before approving returns though. Otherwise, 5/5

I download and tried several other returns apps but this one was the best by far. It was simple to setup and very easy to use. What's best of all is the price of the app - FREE. There is a $9/month option which I may elect to use in the future but right the free version is meeting all my need to track my returns.

A really bad service, not one parcel has been returned to us correctly and no reimbursement for the packages lost!

We've successfully tested this app to manage our returns process and I must say this is a very slick process. This massively takes the pain away from the customer as it's a fully automated digital process right down to the return label, which you don't even need to print. Adds extra value to our internal processes and we can now manage the returns in one place. 5 stars for me.

Great app. Easy to set-up and use, customer service has been great and I think it is a great value for what you get. They also offer return labels at a very reasonable price.

We've just started to use Clicksit and so far we are fans. It's easy to use and integrate with many different CRMs and Ticketing systems. Would recommend

Suddenly they raised the same features of the monthly subscription from 20$ to 150$ a month. Ripping off peoples pocket. Deleted the app from 4stores of mine.

Great support from the team which provided a useful walkthrough and helped with setup as well. The app works well from the customer and merchant's side and is very easy to integrate and set up. It makes returns trustworthy and quick. Highly recommended!
