Great app - super easy to install and takes all the pressure off for returns and exchanges - can't fault it so far

This is a great app, the ability to send Collect+ labels to customers has been extremely useful in the month or two we've been using it. Even without that functionality, simply having a system for processing returns has been great and saved a lot of time in customer support.

It was quick and easy to get up and running and the company themselves are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

This app is perfect for a basic return system that customers can initiate on the website, it only takes a couple of clicks to approve or reject returns and effectively communicate with your customers on the status of their return. The customisable return page and email are fantastic!
I had one tech issue and Thomas in customer support fixed it within 24 hours for me. Great app - highly recommend for a simple, free returns system.

This app has really helped me with my small business. I have found the team extremely helpful and friendly! Jodie especially. They are available on live chat which is very useful, they help me set up the app and were very patient. I also just processed my first return, I wanted to hide the return address and just use a barcode..this was explained to me step by step! keep up the great work - some feedback, would be great to have the return address hidden with the print at home option! - I would highly recommend this app

Clicksit provides a really convenient way to track return/exchange requests. We were handling all of our returns via email previously, so having a dashboard to view and approve requests has been a major improvement. The app also adds a degree of professionalism to our store that customers seem to appreciate.
