Had been using this app for 18 months on the agreement that we would get all the features in return for using their labels and setting up a direct debit to pay for those. Today, discovered that we were locked out as apparently, the Free plan has ended - the first we have heard of it. They claim there was a banner on the menu, well, we didn't see it, perhaps an email would have been better and more personal. Seems they expect us to now pay $50 per month, wow, what an increase!
We are uninstalling the app now as we don't want to deal with a business that treats its loyal customers like this. Tempted to give one-star, but the app is good if you can justify the expense.

We recently installed Clicksit and the main thing we noticed right away is how easy it is for our customers to process their returns. We also have reduced the amount of time we were spending on returning emails with instructions. So far.... we are very pleased
Very good app for free, am looking into their paid service for the future. Support is good, they reply within 24 hours. Constantly updated and they take on board advice you give them, unlike other apps. Highly Recommended.
This is app is almost perfect. I would like to be able to manually choose the status of the return eg exchanged / returned.
Just started using this app and so far so good. The returns portal is seamless and fits in very well with my store. Very easy to use from both a customer and store perspective. The guys at clicksit are extremely helpful and accommodating and made the setup really easy. They were also very patient with my queries. Worth noting that this is one of the very few integrated returns apps for UK returns. Looking forward to further developments and customisations of the app.

I would easily recommend this to anyone who has a online store and wants to open up over 7200 drop off points to their customers. Customer service is spot on and it's pretty cheap, we're already saving on every label! Thanks again.

Hi There, we did experience a very short period of downtime for certain clients here which has resulted in this review. We continue to improve, but downtime is extremely rare and continue to hit 99.9% on an annual basis.
As of right now my store is not currently live but i downloaded the ClickSit app to help my business which i definitely believe it will do from other reviews that i have seen. I will make sure I do another review to let you know how well its going.
The guys were great to speak to, they helped and guided us all along the way and the setup was really simple too. I know this will provide a great returns service for our customers which is MUCH better than having to administer everything manually.
