Cannot fault this plug-in in any way. Incredibly helpful and competent team and very reasonably priced.

We used this app to manage our returns better. It does it well and is free! It would be great if it could give us a bit more control of the spacing and styling of the returns center and this is well received by the developers.

Since we install Clicksit Returns App our Customer Service is better.

Great app. I definitely like the way the returns process nicely follows through from customer starting a returns request to return being auctioned. Easy to reach and helpful customer service

Seems to work really well. I haven't set up the automatic labels as my packages are too large but the system is working correctly

It helped me resolve the issue of product exchange. I really liked the app since it makes the customer experience better by providing more feasible options to exchange or return the product. Also, automated emails are delivered to customer. it would be nice if more options like sending return labels are also automated in India.

The app installed all ok. I've only had to use it once so far and seemed ok to use. It will make my returns (should I get any) an easy process.

This is such a simple app to use, it is a great application for efficiently organizing returns. It provides a professional looking returns portal for customers in your site's design. They also have a helpful support team! I highly recommend it.
