A really bad service, not one parcel has been returned to us correctly and no reimbursement for the packages lost!
Hi Mirame, apologies for your experience here. Reviewing your account there appears to have been an issue with your address setup which has caused parcels to be held. I am happy with the app. It's free and does a really good job in terms of managing the entire returns process systematically. Is also working perfectly with the language translation app on my site.
Solves the exchange process making it customer friendly. Amazing app. Would be more great if you could include more customisations.
I've been using Clicksit Returns for around a month now and love how easy it makes processing returns. Customers no longer feel like they need to call to initiate a return, and the process is intuitive for them. When you set up the app, there are options for the customers to choose between exchange or return. This has been great for resolving return decisions without losing money.
