It does exactly what it says on the tin. It was easy to install, easy to customize, and easy to use. Frankly surprising considering how shockingly expensive some other return management apps are.

The clicksit app has enabled us to automate the entire return process. Using the app with CollectPlus return labels has allowed us to offer a professional fully tracked return experience for our customers.

Does what it should. Nice portal for our customers, easy to install and use and organizes all our returns!
My only wish would be a "refund by one click" function, which really refunds via shopify and not just marks the order in the app as refunded :)

the app is working absolutely fine.. we look to use the same in future as well and extremely happy...cheers to the entire team

Great so far - would definitely recommend. New features added regularly and makes managing and tracking returns a lot easier. Now, if people just knew what their bed size was before they ordered, that would really help our business.

Easy to install - looks great on the website and creates a professional and organised look. Support is excellent. A good returns page is essential - this app has helped us enormously.
