I am so impressed with Clicksit, their customer service team are incredibly slick. The returns portal was up and working on my website within an hour and it has completely streamlined our returns process.

Clicksit is a very helpful app. Allows us to manage the returns seamlessly. Saves a lot of time and process flow.

It will be nice if there is an option to add images for the customers while creating a return request.

Friendly customer service and a great app, exactly what I was looking for! I would recommend the app for anyone trying to streamline their returns service.

Nice and helpful app with simple friendly use. It's worth to download as it is very reasonably priced.

Really good app, easy to set up and has given the customer much more visibility and control in the returns process, I hope they will come up with more addons in this app.

I have not had the app long, but when requesting returns labels it is effective for the customer to put there details. The are some things that can be improved.

1. It would be great if in the preferences you can put different return deadlines for UK and International returns. As international returns is longer time. Doesn't give you the option.

2. It would work better if when a customer request a return a email was sent to us. Without going into the app, you do not know if a customer has requested a return.

3. Once approved a return and a label is generated, it would be more helpful if this is sent straight to the customer. As this currently is available for me to download but only to send to the customer, which does take up time.

4. Do you do internatonal returns? If so how much are these and how does it work?

5. What about if a customer wants to exchange an item, that means we have to pay for the return and the re deliver?

The team at Clicksit have been just great. Very communicative and helpful to get the app up and running which took only 20 Min to do for me - very easy and effective app. Would definitely recommend.
