Sorted Returns Center

I was looking for something to simplify the headaches of order returns (part of the business unfortunately) and this was perfect all round. Very easy to set up and customise. Now it's all done by a few clicks and job done.

I've been trying to contact support for MONTHS with no response. I'm unable to get this app working with Safari on Mac anymore making it obsolete. I'll be moving app's if this isn't resolved by EOW.

Good returns system with responsive customer support with simple yet powerful features. Would recommend.

The app is great. A couple more automations could be useful though, and also international returns labels.

As a returning customer, I love the app for my website, it's simple and easy for both my business and a better journey for my customer to process a return a lot easier and hassle free.
