Suddenly they raised the same features of the monthly subscription from 20$ to 150$ a month.

This app has streamlined our returns procedure and reduced our shipping cost for returned items using collect+ and there are no other hidden charges. Also nice and simply to use.

I like this app because it was automatically set to my theme, have not really used the features yet as I am still in the process of launching. The one issue I had was that all my pages had a title except my returns page, but I just created an image and inserted it into the logo slot and the problem was solved, since clicksit could not customize that for me. Other issue is when automatically setting the approval, there are no options as to what conditions can be used for automatic approval. Also you can't preview the emails. This app really made it easier for us to keep track of all the returns and it also helped us gain some data on why customers where returning certain products. Very good app!

I wasn't sure initially if this was the right app for me. I found getting in touch with the team really helpful to understand what the app would offer. For example whilst its only focussed on UK returns it has made that part of the business easier for us. I'd love to see it expand to other geographies. I found setting up the returns process fairly easy too and it was great to get on the phone guidance. Here's what I'd like to see in the future:
Partnering with carriers in Europe and worldwide. For where we are as small business it works for us.

I use this app to process our refunds and give our business a professional look. The demo run through was informative and really helpful. Although we have not started trading yet, everything is set up ready for our launch!

Not yet discovered any problems, the only disadvantage is the high returns courier fees. However, you are only charged for each return label used. We give customers the option not to use the label and if they do we invoice them directly.

We used this app to process returns and exchanges, we are really happy the way it works for us and our customers. Makes the process much easier.

Good one! Still figuring out how everything works exactly but so far, the app is a good choice for having a clear overview on returns/exchange requests.
