We've been using the app for a few months now.
The app provides much better sorting options than the default shopify options especially since we need to apply quite specific sorting rules.
The support team have been very helpful and quick to reply with helping out and answering any questions we've had.

We use SortWise to sort our grouped offerings in a chronological way, which makes it much easier to navigate and makes a huge difference to the customer experience. The app itself is very straightforward to use. Setting everything up went quickly, and the support team replies quickly when there's any questions. Exactly what you need if you want more control over how your collections are presented without adding extra work!
