I have been working with SourcinBox for several months now, and the overall experience has been outstanding. The platform is reliable and easy to use, and they offer everything that I need to run a successful e-commerce business. From product sourcing, warehousing to customization and also FBA support too.
I would like to sincerely thank my manager, Yviette. She's always available to help, answers my questions quickly, and genuinely cares about my business. She has gone above and beyond, even helping me on her days off, and she has done an amazing job negotiating the best possible product pricing and shipping costs for me.
With her support, I'm confident that running and growing my business will be much easier and more organized.
Love it!! Just using the app and see the difference between Sourcing Box and other platforms is the 1:1 support, direct chat with a support manager, and quick responses. Stella did a great job; she always answered questions and supported sellers effectively. Highly recommend!
Orders were constantly being sent incorrectly or delayed, and I frequently received customer complaints and refunds after using their services. It also cost me a significant amount of advertising money and didn't help my store at all; I'm very disappointed.

Some of the delays may have coincided with the Chinese New Year holiday period (February 15–23), during which warehouse operations were temporarily paused and prior notifications were shared via our app. We fully recognize that this does not reduce the inconvenience caused to your business.
