We’re using the beta and seeing how much this could grow.It’s not perfect, but it already feels more useful than most full-featured tools we’ve paid for. Support has been fast and thoughtful.

Most impressive part of the beta so far?The AI actually adds products to the cart during the conversation. That’s huge. And every time we ran into an issue, Mark made sure it got solved.

I already had SMS and email recovery set up, so I didn’t think I needed anything else — but I decided to give this a try.It took a few days to see results, but after chatting with their team on WhatsApp, they gave me a great tip: add my first name at the start of the message. Since then, WhatsApp has become my main recovery channel.

I have to say, the ads were really exciting. In practice, it’s nice and effective — definitely worth testing to see if it fits your store.

Bottom line: it’s adding 4 orders a day for me. Didn’t change my life, but it’s a very strong return for what the app costs.
