The process on implementing SparkLayer to our store was very easy and painless. Support has been great! A feature I would like into the future is a modified version of the sales agent feature to make email & phone orders easier to process. Thanks SparkLayer for a very useful product.

This App is a game changer for any business' selling B2B. Stop wasting your time with other apps or building a separate wholesale website (the mistake I made). After just an hour or so of use, this app become very easy to navigate and understand. I read through all their onboarding docs and really appreciate how the Sparklayer team has thought about any issues you might run into and provided helpful solutions. I reached out to Alex because I had a few additional questions and he was beyond helpful and also made some strategic recommendations as to how I could maximize the features of the platform.

This is the best Shopify app we have ever used, and we use a lot of apps for our store. The user interface on the store front end is elegant out of the box and easy to adapt in the rare instances you would need to. The backend system is well thought out and simple to use. And the customer service is 5* from the moment you install the app.

We tested several other apps when trying to set up a B2B store and none came close. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Excellent app. Very great support to get this installed. I can't wait to start utilizing this for our enterprise customers. It does take a bit of work to get things started, but the directions are very clear.

They have a wonderful customer support and help you in the process. Despite that, the B2B configurations are exactly what you want in a B2B site!

I really like how solid this app is built. The support is terrific. It's rare to find this good support on most Shopify apps.

Incredible support from the team at SparkLayer and a great product. If you're looking for a B2B solution, don't waste your time trying the other solutions. I went through that and SparkLayer is clearly the best. The other solutions require work arounds and hacks, SparkLayer works as a (mostly) independent system. It includes all the features you should need. Other apps make you buy add-on apps to do simple things like having a B2B order form. The team at SparkLayer did all the installation steps for me. When I ran into challenges with my set up, or trying to do something out of the ordinary, they jumped in and helped me out. They even spotted mistakes that another app had made and showed me how to fix those as well. The support from SparkLayer has been the best I have EVER experienced for software.

Great app, does exactly what a small company with wholesalers needs to do! Great customercare that answered very quickly and have been so patient with me.
