So far, the app aligns well with what we need. We’re still testing it, but Clifford from their support team has been really helpful throughout the process.

We have tried and failed using several solutions for B2B on Shopify. This is the first app that we have tried that actually delivers. It could be complicated, but Sparklayer makes it simple. And it evolved all the time, with new functions that you didn't know you needed :). They have a great library of support guides that will help you get started. We could only ask for the multi currency/ Markets to be more developed since we are using two currencies. But I am told it is in the works!
You won't be disappointed.
This app is a great option to customize how you manage B2B all from one app rather than getting multiple different apps. The Sparklayer team completely handles setup and are great to work with.
There are a few areas for improvement in terms of customization, as every business handle B2B differently, but overall a great app.

Bit of a mixed bag with the integration and sync elements. The overlay is good when it works, the tutorials are excellent and the support is very good, however we have had multiple issues unfortunately, so I would only recommend if you have a super simple set up.

It's a great app and does enable B2B sales. There are some mad quirks that need ironing out, though;
> clicking the app in Shopify should open the dashboard immediately
> Invoicing should be integrated rather than having to use yet another third party app
> The store search function still isn't ready to use and is a huge hinderance for B2B stores with multiple products

I find the SparkLayer app quite simple to use, we import prices from Sage, as well as manually uploading price lists. You can layer price lists making it easy to manually price offers etc.

Bumpy start with install issues and support not being available straight away but soon fixed and setup properly once they were aware of the problem. Great features and all I need for a B2B store.

I am still getting things set up with SparkLayer but so far the experience has been extremely pleasant. I have a very unique and customized storefront so it isn't easy getting new things integrated into my coding but the team here has been SO HELPFUL. They are still working on making there app more customizable with file uploads which would be AMAZING but until then, they were able to find some workarounds for my storefront to still be successful.
Without sparklayer we would've had to pay thousands to offer B2B experience to customers. Appreciate the supportive service and intelligent offering.
