Perfect for our B2B requirements but even more so, the level of responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge about how to setup and optimise our wholesale channel has been invaluable. Specific shout out to Alex Dixey who has helped us tremendously. I spent a lot of time looking at a lot of different solutions and Sparklayer has my absolute endorsement and recommendation.

The process on implementing SparkLayer to our store was very easy and painless. Support has been great! A feature I would like into the future is a modified version of the sales agent feature to make email & phone orders easier to process. Thanks SparkLayer for a very useful product.

Only had the App installed for a week or so and it works great! A little complex to setup, I did the first couple of easy steps however the support team have been excellent and did the rest! I highly recommend so far :)

I'm still in the process of custimizing the app to my needs and i regularly turn to the support team for help, in which they are great at!

This App is a game changer for any business' selling B2B. Stop wasting your time with other apps or building a separate wholesale website (the mistake I made). After just an hour or so of use, this app become very easy to navigate and understand. I read through all their onboarding docs and really appreciate how the Sparklayer team has thought about any issues you might run into and provided helpful solutions. I reached out to Alex because I had a few additional questions and he was beyond helpful and also made some strategic recommendations as to how I could maximize the features of the platform.

Amazing solution for adding wholesale capabilities to a regular Shopify account! It does take some effort to get set up, but their process is streamlined and support is excellent. Far beyond other apps we vetted. My ONLY wish is that we had access to process orders as sales reps from the beginning with the starting plan. Some of the settings for shipping charges could be more dynamic but I'm sure they are working on that, as they seem quite proactive in their product support. All in all an excellent, cohesive solution for adding wholesale functionality without needing a separate website. Definitely worth the effort to set up because of extra features being built in, like tiered pricing by customer category, integrated signup page, and a lot more. Highly recommend!

This is the best Shopify app we have ever used, and we use a lot of apps for our store. The user interface on the store front end is elegant out of the box and easy to adapt in the rare instances you would need to. The backend system is well thought out and simple to use. And the customer service is 5* from the moment you install the app.

We tested several other apps when trying to set up a B2B store and none came close. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
