Absolute worse B2B we have ever tried. We have had it for 2 years and I can not say it has been working well a single month. There are constant technical errors and we get emails every month from stockists not being able to order. We have lost so, so much on using this app - both on the app cost itself but also lost orders for customers being annoyed of the constant problems. Why we haven't changed in 2 years if we have been unsatisfied - our B2B has not been our priority as we have had focus on opening physical stores and was hoping that the app would have become better at the time we are able to focus on b2b again but unfortunately it is still as laggy as before. Can not recommend anyone this app. When we mentioned this to the customer support they always say they will come back with a compensation suggestion but that has never happened - they never come back with what they say they will get back on and we are done with this now.

We’ve suggested a call a few times over the past year and are yet to hear back on this. If you’re open to discussing this further, we’d love the opportunity to correct any issues with you and work towards a solution together.
Expensive and is pretty basic for the money. Tax is not dealt with in a business friendly manor, does not support business to business well.
the app says that there is a free plan available. But after installation you are only able to select paid options
Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate this could be more clearly stated on our Shopify app listing. Like many other Shopify apps, we do offer free plans for Shopify "development" and "partner" stores allowing merchants to install and test SparkLayer. This is also a great way for Shopify developers (or Shopify agencies) to evaluate our solution or even use it as a demo site. We are always happy to accommodate this!
Once a merchant is ready to go live, they would typically implement SparkLayer on their "live Shopify store" and proceed to select a paid plan. For our Enterprise customers, we also offer an extended free trial (which is why you see the "Free" text above - this is unfortunately a limitation in how Shopify allow us to set up our app listing!).
We will review how this can be adjusted to make it clearer for future merchants.
