My client needed true b2b capabilities but could not justify the high cost of the Shopify plan for this kind of business. Sparklayer was recommended and they have been a joy to deal with. Super helpful, very hands on during startup and always available to help solve problems for my demanding client. Despite a significant time difference, support is very prompt. Really good people. Now if only it would integrate with Shopify POS....

Sparklayer is the best option when looking to incorporate B2B functionality into your Shopify store. It's easy to use, support is extremely quick and we've never had an issue.

A little tip: I would recommend having a developer on hand to help tweak the system to your needs, not everything is achievable through the app, but with some custom code you are good to go!

Sparklayer is hands down the best B2B app I've used on Shopify. The setup and integration do take some effort, but it's absolutely worth it. The help documentation is excellent, the customization possibilities are virtually unlimited, and the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Once it's up and running, it delivers a seamless B2B experience. Highly recommend!

Hands down, one of the best apps I've used for my store. For months, I struggled to find a wholesale app that actually worked the way I needed. I tried several options like Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B, Sami, BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution, and Wholesale Gorilla. While they worked to some extent, they all required my customers to take extra steps—like creating separate wholesale logins or navigating different product pages—which led to confusion and constant issues, especially on mobile. I had customers calling daily with complaints.

Then I found SparkLayer. I did run into some initial issues, but their support team, especially Cameron, was incredible. He got on a call with me right away, kept me updated daily, and worked through a tough problem until everything was running perfectly. Great app but it really needs to also have integration with Shopify POS for those who also run a physical store where both retail and wholesale customers come inshore to buy.
