The customer service is impeccable, Ben was literally the best, looking after me and guiding me step by step. The app works perfectly and it's useful, we can improve a few things but they are on it!

I demo'd four or five alternatives before finally choosing SparkLayer. The features are amazing, the tech suport is among the best I have ever encountered and the onboarding is first class. The resources, reference material and support that this app provides is amazing. I am not an expert web developer by any means but I have been able to do some amazing things with Spark Layer because of how well they've documented their how-to's and user manuals and references etc.
A couple times I've needed to reach out to them directly for assistance and firstly, their AI chatbot has been able to get me 90% of the answers I need but when I've been stuck, a real person responded very quickly and helps me get the rest of the way.
I was helped today by Daniel and he was super helpful and was able to trouble shoot a coding related issue I was getting nowhere with. He figured it out and I was able to move on with my day! Thanks Daniel!

So far so good! We've really enjoyed implementing SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale to relieve the time of our customer service staff. We had questions and some customizations and SparkLayer support was quick to respond, very helpful and easy to work with.
