Sparklayer is the best option when looking to incorporate B2B functionality into your Shopify store. It's easy to use, support is extremely quick and we've never had an issue.
A little tip: I would recommend having a developer on hand to help tweak the system to your needs, not everything is achievable through the app, but with some custom code you are good to go!

Hands down, one of the best apps I've used for my store. For months, I struggled to find a wholesale app that actually worked the way I needed. I tried several options like Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B, Sami, BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution, and Wholesale Gorilla.
