Customer Service (James this time) is really quick and helpful. The app is easy to use and we can find a solution to any challenge that might arise. Only downside is using a Shopify Code and USO at the same time.

Oh man, where do I begin? This app is truly just, something else. It really helps and boosts conversions with all the nice features it has! When I first installed it, I needed some help on what would be the best set up for me and both Alex and Emily were just outstanding. This app can definitely fulfilled our needs in terms of bundle sales, apply multiple tier of discount when certain order amoumt is acheived, it also worked with the default discount code from Shopify. Special thanks to Travis from their team, he helped us a lot with the setup and even recorded a step by step clip to answer my query.

I've used the app for our store to run offers/promotions. User-friendly and easy to create and customize your offers. Been using the app for about two years now and it has certainly helped with sales.

This app has helped us to create a gift with purchase promo and we like the fact that we can combine it with Shopify promo code if we decide to run 2 promos at the same time.

Special offers has been great for our promotional needs on our site. It's much easier to create discounts and BOGO offers compared to other apps we've tried.

It's not available now, but it would be nice to have the capability to select products to discount by specific variant.

The best part about this app is the customer service. They've been very responsive and issues are quickly resolved.

I used to love this app but recently it has become really unstable and causing huge customer service issues. Bulk discounts or BOGOF are a nightmare, it misses so many items off even though I group them into collections there seem to be more combinations that do not work than those that do. This means whenever we run an offer our CS team are inundated with angry customers that cant get the advertised offer to work. Currently about to uninstall and find a better solution.
