We required an app to allow us to give customers a free gift when specific purchase levels were reached at checkout. There was a bit of a learning curve and the support team was more than amazing to offer any help required with quick response times. The offers work 97% of the time (not sure why the other 3% does not) but otherwise very useful app and super easy to use and set up. The customer support is also always available and fast to help.
