This app is very inconsistent and has lots of loopholes that allows customers to receive a much deeper discount than intended, in some instances customers were able to receive 100% discount. In other instances, customer will not receive any discounts at all leading to countless abandoned carts and which results in thousands of dollars in wasted marketing expense because of the advertised incentives are not delivered The support team suggested for us to disable all of the checkout shortcuts and despite following all their instructions, we're still having all sorts of Inconsistent results. This is been going on since 2018. It's time to move on and find a reliable solution that actually works.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble! There aren't "loopholes" that cause 100% discounts in the app, this issue must be relating to a conflict of some kind. I have followed up with you via email to resolve this, please check your inbox and respond ASAP! Thank you :)
I have been using this app for almost 3 years now. The app has suddenly stopped working and the automatic discount codes and offers no longer work at checkout. I have been trying to get in touch with support for the past week and its crickets. Quite sad to say the least. If no response anytime soon, I will be forced to find another app and more reliable customer support system in place.

This is definitely a must-have app to deal with the awful Shopify discount function.
Pixel Union has always had great support for their apps. The special offers functionality has created entirely new unique revenue possibilities for us due to Shopify's extremely limited discounting options. We've used Special Offers for 3 or 4 years now and never ran into major issues. There are a few nuances to the way we utilize the offers, but have always found ways to work around them. I would recommend both this app and the PU team.

THTC Clothing has been a client of Supple's Shopify apps for coming up to 3 years. Seeing the evolution of 'Buy X' to Ultimate special offers is amazing. User problems seem to get put into a methodical development timeline and addressed in a very timely manner. Really impressed by all the new features now available - and the fact you can run special offers AND exempt discount codes, without having to mess around with the theme, is just amazing.
Customer service is exemplary - Marius is great and to-the-point. The Supple Apps team is - in our opinion - one of the best app development teams, that can be afforded by small and medium-sized businesses.
Can't recommend this app enough to anyone looking for a swiss army knife discount app. Worth every penny.

Made 10k after 1 week on this app... even before we had to pay for it. Great support too. Highly recommended to extend Shopify discounts.
Great app if you are looking to offer bundle, promotional or stack discounts. The support team is also fast and responsive.
The app is good, the only issue is we have not been able to oppen the app, it is very hard, it send an error that reads as follows: saso-www.herokuapp.com closed the connection unexpectedly.
