Many issues with the discount and support was slow, received a reply saying app is not compatible with other apps.

I bought it, but it didn't work properly and the staff didn't respond to it. It was terrible.I wasted 19 dollars.

The discount feature is not integrating properly. It doesnt show in my cart drawer. I asked for assistance but they they keep throwing random ans and no help. Very bad service. plan to uninstall if there is no help today also.

We installed the application to perform volume discounts on collections of products. Unfortunately, it worked sometimes and did not work other times. This resulted in us having to refund customers the discount amount and also pay for shipping since the absence of the discount caused free shipping to be reached incorrectly. We reached out to support since it says Sunday 7AM - 5PM PT and regrettably there was no response. We have disabled the app for now and found another app that works as needed. We really think the product has potential but the inconsistency puts our revenue stream and customer experience at too great of risk to continue. Finally, we were using one of the generic Shopify themes that has not been customized so that should not have introduced any issues.

It's been 2 day, and they never answer your question. I've talked to them through Email, Twitter. No Reply!!! Don't care about customer.

Terrible app. Avoid if you can! Seems like the team is aware of how limited its capabilities are but are not making any attempt to improve it. Every time I contact them for help, I receive a response along the lines of "Sorry, we can't do anything about your problem. Try to use a different discount or just deal with it."

I wasted a week on this app, the app didn't display properly, and the customer service didn't work!!
This app was so promising... I added it to a theme from the same company and it did not work well together. I uninstalled the theme and reverted to a much less expensive theme (which offers much more) but the app still does not live up to its promises. There is absolutely NO SUPPORT. Not for the app and not for the premium theme. I have tried fixing the issues myself but there is not even good online documentation. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Several emails and tickets opened for over a week and ... NOTHING.

Decided to give this a shot for BF/CM, and I can only say that I'm 100% completely dissatisfied. I created a discount for the sale, and checked how it worked on my site. It seemed fine, so I went ahead and blasted my email list and Facebook. I then started getting all sorts of notifications that the discount wasn't showing up sometimes. I did a test again on my end - first time, it seemed fine... second time it had stopped showing a discount. Then, my Cart and Checkout actually stopped working altogether. Now, I've flubbed the beginning of my sale, and I have to refund several customers for the discount difference. I highly recommend you find another app for this sort of thing.
装上去以后有bug,网站卡的不行,虽然功能强大,但是我的网站运行速度下降了很多甚至打不开,所以我只能卸载了,唉,好伤心,应该是这个代码有问题,希望优化一下吧,而且打开以后英文特别多,得看好久才会用!!!
