Ultimate Special Offers

We have been using this app for about 2 years to offer our customers tiered multi-item discounts (buy 2 items get a discount, buy 3 items get a bigger discount, etc). This functionality has been valuable for our growth and is an important component of our customer experience. Over time issues have popped-up as we deal with Shopify limitations (e.g. only one discount code can be applied) and as we implement other apps that at times may conflict with the USO app (technically or logically) but the support from James and others has always been awesome and the issues always resolved. We foresee this app as being part of our infrastructure for the long term.

We use this for all of our stores anytime we need to set up a specific type of offer. It's very easy to use and we love it.

Excellent program for providing promotional offers in various ways. We extensively use this program to provide incentives and give additional value to our customers beyond a simple discount.

This is by far the best deals app around, I've tried a number of them and nobody has near as many options for the types of deals ie discounts, gifts, upsells, cross sells, bogos. I also like how they include banners above the collections and/or products that have deals running. It's a shame shopify a dedicated ecom platform doesn't support the most basic ecom functionality of running a sale but fortunately we have ultimate special offers. Most recently I reached out to them with a fairly complicated requet and they were more than happy to accomodate. WOuld highly recommend this app!

Phenomenal app and customer support! It has both simple and complex functionalities that made discounting a breeze for our customers at Telic.

Loving this app! Very easy to install - no code changes needed, just click and you're good to go. Discounts are easy to understand, and support has been great for any questions I did have along the way. This app will definitely simplify things for us, and save a little bit of money, as it will not only give us greater flexibility with discounts, but will replace our upsell and wholesale app as well. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

I have tried many apps. This is the one that works better.
There is some functionalities I would appreciate it has, like compatibility with drawer cart. But everything it promises works perfect
