The app helped improve our Shopify store speed and performance. The team was responsive and understood what needed to be optimized. Overall, a useful tool for speed improvements.

We installed the app and to be fair it did increase the speed of the site, however it created some other issues and I decided to uninstall it. Thats not to say that the company wouldnt have supported me in dealing with the problem but I just decided to try something else. When I uninstalled the app it did leave some code in but again the developers where quick to help me remove it, so all in all could be a good app, but it certainly comes with good support,

⬤ Our pixel stopped working but as soon as we uninstalled the app the pixel started working again. Up half the night trying to fix.

We we're running ads on no pixel.

Your disabling our store's pixel (because we were not on the paid plan), while we are unknowingly running ads, just seems wrong. After I subscribed, for the paid plan again, the pixel worked again. Go figure.

⬤ Also too expensive. Why pay $80 per year when I only optimize 2X per year (not monthly). Some stores need to optimize daily. Our store has one product and optimizes bi-annually. Meanwhile, the app no longer supports 10 free optimizations a month.

Apps that don't offer a low friction entry price miss out.
