⬤ Update: Use "Boostify: Page Speed Optimizer" EXACT same app for free.
⬤ Our pixel stopped working but as soon as we uninstalled the app the pixel started working again. Up half the night trying to fix.
Disabling a store's pixel just seems wrong. After I subscribed the pixel worked again. Go figure.
⬤ Also too expensive. Why pay $80 per year when I only optimize 2X per year. Some stores need to optimize daily. Our store has one product and optimizes bi-annually. Meanwhile, the app no longer supports 10 free optimizations a month.
Apps that don't offer a low friction entry offer are missing out.
⬤ Meanwhile they keep changing the plan even on old customers. Reached out to customer support and forewarned I would leave this review... zero redemption.
Terrible application. I upgraded to highest paid plan and it doesn't even work it says u get 10 optimizations and it only let's me run 2. Then when u process an optimization it just sits unchanged for 48 hours. Also when it says it boost your speed then u check with google it doesn't match. The support is not in the us and they just repeat tell you to do things like upgrade the app( I'm already on the paid plan) they tell me to give access like 50 times to my store yet they never accepted on their end. Just all in all extremely terrible DO NOT BUY!!!!!
They will scam you asking you via whats app to rate them for free demo and then ask you to pay and you will be refunded for trying the free app then theyw ill not show up i contacted shopify admins to check the behaviour of those people who run this app
The broken software is difficult to set up, and you can't change the package, and it's expensive.
