Unfortunately, the app doesn't work. All my services are on one Google account. But the app says on one page that I don't have Google Merchant Center, and on another page it says that Google Merchant Center is connected. Because of this, it won't let me proceed.
Firstly, we're sorry for your bad experience from our app. Your connection problem might only due to the lack of permission that you gave our app at login, which can be solved by simply logging in again. Can you please reinstall the app and try again? We can definitely make a call to guide you through.
Absolute scam!!! lets you install and connect to your GMC, then says there's issues they are working on and to try again in 24-48 hours. Gave it a few days, but nothing, reached out again and they want another week to "fix" their in inoperable app. Uninstalled and replied to their email asking to delete mine and my customers data. They then gaslight me saying "It does not access, collect, or store any of your customers' personal information at any point." except if you scroll down, it DOES. Check for yourself under support.
We're sorry for your bad experience from our app. The issue with our app functionality is not at all what we intended and we're trying our best to resolve it.
Regarding the data access, our app indeed does not store any of your customers data. The data our app has access on is only used to sync your store data such as products and shipping policies into GMC. No data is stored in our database after you uninstall.
We hope when the issue is resolved, you can give us another chance. We can definitely help you with fixing your GMC errors.
