EPA‑ Easy Product Addons

This app was pretty good out of the box, but we noticed that there were some potential enhancements that would make our lives easier and simplify the ordering process for our customers (sorting add-ons in a Collection and not just a Product). We requested this added functionality and the SG development team executed the enhancement perfectly. They were in constant contact with us throughout the request and fulfillment process and the finished product is brilliant.

We we're in need of some custom coding on the app. By far the best support of any Shopify app I've used. Highly recommend.

So important when you're using a new app and trying to make it work with your existing site design. they accommodated a couple of aesthetic changes which has convinced me to give the app a proper test. I don't know about page speed changes or anything else yet, but the support is top notch.

We have been using the Addons app for about a month. We have already seen an increase in customers purchasing the suggested items from the Addons section. The original set up was very easy (the app support does it all). Customer support has been responsive and helpful. We use the collections and the individual product addons. Both are easy to use.

Product Add Ons enabled us to easily give recommendations with our entire product line. Customer service has been fantastic! They helped us customize the app exactly how we wanted, all during our free trial. The interface is very user friendly but could use a few more options built in so as to avoid lots of custom coding. Overall the app has been very beneficial to our website and would recommend it.
