EPA‑ Easy Product Addons

This is the second Shopify store that we built. The first app we installed was Product Addons. This is not just because of the App, it is powerful and versatile, that is 30% of the reason. The other 70% comes down to the INCREDIBLE support of the team.

We wanted to do somethings very niche to us (we offer 2,000+ products with many customisations) and they helped us without any hesitation, even helping us on a bug from the theme affecting the product page. Their support is truly second to none and deserves all the recognition they can get, Shopify if you are reading this give these guys all your awards!

I finally found the app I was looking for with Easy Product Addons! Super easy to use and allowed me to display my accessory products on my main product page as up sells.

I had a couple custom requests, and Shipra was very quick to respond and fulfilled my requests to be exactly what I was asking for. Couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend using this app for anyone who wants to have an attractive and easy solution for incorporating add ons with their website.

So far, this app is very basic. I have two big problems. The first problem is that I have the ability to configure add-ons on each product or collection, which adding them within each collection speeds up the configuration process for us tremendously. However, I can only configure a discount for add-ons added only on individual products, not collections. The second problem is there is no way to see how this app performs or what revenue is attributed to the efforts of this app. Some apps will show attributed revenue in Shopify sales channels reports while others might show reporting within their app. This app does neither. I'd be happy to change my review if these features are implemented. Until then, it's not worth the money we pay for this.

The app fulfills exactly the need we were looking for. An easy way to add accessories to products without having to make many variants out of the product. Also the possibility to reduce the prices in combination with the main product increases the customers' willingness to buy.
Also the support was very quick to respond to a small question we had and helped us professionally.

This app works perfectly and is very easy to use. The support team has been excellent. They even helped me to add custom code to show add-on products within our custom add-to-cart confirmation pop-up.
