Really great app and even more impressed with their support team. They were able to help implement their new discount feature in my custom-built theme in under 2 working days. Already seeing a great return on higher AOV with customers selecting product add-ons!

This app give us the opportunity to make our product page the way we imagined but, there was a few things that were missing but they help us with that and went through everything step by step with constant updates. Worth a look into.

All I can say is 'Wow'. We have been using the app for a while and it works really well. I recently requested a customisation that I didn't think was possible... The Spice Gems team worked magic and got the customisation going really quickly. Cannot recommend them enough. 20/10

I'm really happy with this app. It runs perfectly and has a ton of ways to customize it to your liking. I needed some specific help, and the support team got back to me by email in about a day and helped me get the exact custom setup I needed. The only thing I'd love to see added is the option for separate discounts for each addon, since right now you can only set one discount for everything.

We needed a different app for add-on products after we realised the limitations in our previous one. SpiceGems replied to our queries very promptly before we added this app and were able to reassure us that they could solve our problems. Once we installed the app the team has been extremely fast and helpful in customising both the appearance and functionality of the add-on feature for us. I feel comfortable that any future issues we have or changes we want to make will be dealt with quickly and to a high standard.

[08/19,2020]amazing services!!!!! I wasn't expecting an app service's support team to respond to me in such a timely fashion. But they solved my problem in one day and did an amazing job beyond expectation. Without asking, they also update the add-on CSS to match my current theme. It saved a lot back and forth time.

Another thing worth notice is that their support emails are also very professional. They highlighted area needs attention or action, from which I can feel how their team care about user experience:D
