EPA‑ Easy Product Addons

I loved the service for the app - I'm still on the trial version but the help and assistance I have received from the SpiceGems team has been commendable. I'm definitely subscribing to the paid plan. The product is exactly what I needed for my add-on services. It's very easy and seamless to use.

I used this app. It's super effective for my brand. Their support team was a really good and fast response. They help me out with my problems in just a few hours. I personally recommended this app and the support team.

I have NEVER had the kind of support that this app offers. The minute I sent out an email asking for help with the app, they requested collaborator status, and went in and updated everything, and even customized my addons to my theme...so essentially they will do the whole setup for you. They answer every email/question within moments and are fantastically helpful. I've had some bad experiences with Shopify apps that take your money/time, and then don't respond with help, but this is not one of them. Very cool support and I'm happy with how it looks too. I plan to continue doing addons for my products as I go. Highly recommended.

I really like this app it helps me offer other essential items on the same page. The support team were very helpful on making certain modifications on my site and I’m very happy with their customer service. Other cool features are currently work in progress but I’m sure it will be released in the future.
Update: These developers do a really good job on considering your ideas and applying them to the app to make it better. they have made improvements that now works really well on my online store. I think that for the price you're getting a great value.

Customer service is fantastic! If the app doesn't support something you are after, these guys will go above and beyond to make it happen! Well worth the subscription costs, for the customer service alone. I have asked them for a few things now and everytime they've been fast and spot on! 100% recommend

The easiest add-on with great and fast support. I love how it looks on the product page, and how easy it was to set up. Their customer service team was great with their responses and help. Highly recommend!
