Great product. Awesome service. Incredible speed. If this application does not make your company shine, NOTHING will. Out of the box Spin Studio does EVERYTHING they claim and more. But, where these guys really stand apart from the rest is that they are always there- ALWAYS. They stand behind their product and if your needs are just a little out of the ordinary, they make sure YOUR requirements are met- that is special. No "one size fits all" with Spin Studio. No "take or it or leave it" with Spin Studio.
While putting together the beta version of our site we contacted them and asked about using the application the way WE wanted to use it, and their answer was: NO PROBLEM. And, in fact, THEY did the coding for us and ironed out ALL the details- within hours of us sending in the request! Holy C*&$% Batman- that is service! Sound like hype? Give them a try and I promise you, you will be blown away.

Beware, uninstall the app they will WIPE all your 360 spin data rendering months of work useless. We won't be back and will be asking Shopify for a full refund as they offered no support to resolve just excuses.

We really remove all the shop related data once you remove the app and cancel your subscription. Re-installation of the app that is actively used is pretty uncommon situation, but we'll definitely update the app to keep data for at least 1-2 days to avoid such issues.
I truly apologize that we did not propose you to recover the data on your initial request. We have backups that we could use to recover data, but that's something developer should do manually for your shop, but takes takes some time. So in case you have just few images it's much faster to just upload them again - unfortunately, we did not realize you had so much data in the app.
After your comment on app removal we proposed to recover your data, and we're still ready to do that if you'll decide to install our app back.
We truly apologize for all the troubles caused.

A simple no-fuss app that does exactly what it says. Matched by a support service that's as good as any.
I've uninstalled the app because the app does not meet my expectation. However, I'd like to thank you for the customer support. When I contacted to the support, they replied in 24 hours every time. The app itself is great. If you are looking for the 360 spin images app. I recommend this.

Great app for helping customers understand your product. The pictures are clear and works well on both iPad and iPhone as well as Mac and simple to use. Would definitely recommend this app and will be using it for my store.

I am the shop owner of http://www.mobileincase.com (you can have a look how I implement spinstudio)
Before using this app, I made the products spining using jquery reel library, you can find it at http://jquery.vostrel.cz/reel if you have knowledge about javascript & html, and it is free to use.
Let me share how to install it on your shop (takes about 3~5 hours, depends on how deep you integrate):
1. Download the library, and upload to your own server
2. Write your own javascript code to call the library on your shop (usually you need to coding the "theme.liquid" inside the theme editor), there is no "copy & paste" code you can use because every shop has unique layout or template
After you installed the library, you need to do some additional step when you add products to your shop, you need to let the library know which set of spin images belongs to the product, the step is here:
1. Take 12 (more shot, more smooth) shots of your product on the spin table (depends on how quick you shoot)
2. Open these 12 images in the photoshop, move them one by one to produce a big "sprite image" (This step is VERY TIME CONSUMING!, take around 15 min)
3. Upload the sprite image to the ftp server, and rename it to your shopify product ID (about 1 min)
Now I am using spinstudio, let me share my new workflow:
1. Take 12 shots of your product on the spin table (depends on how fast you shot)
2. Click the spin studio link from product panel and upload these 12 images (about 1 min)
3. Finish
No programming, No photoshop, Easy and Quick.
Also, the advantages of using spin in your shop is obviously, I'm not explain them here.
One more things, the support is great. I've got feedback in 1 hour, why don't give them a try? First image is free.
