Horrible, your website becomes buggy after deleting the app. The spin to win page keep popping up halfway even once it's been deleted.

Email them only to found out you had to do more than just uninstall, you also have to delete codes.

Even after giving them permission to remove my code it's still there. Completely ruined my theme.

There is no directions on how to do this. When the App is installed it is just a very small Icon in the right hand side corner of my screen. Visitor (customer has to click on this tiny dot to make it work. I don't see many customers even paying attention to this little dot.
I thought it would be in full screen size on my home page. But not so.
There is Chat for questions and help but it has been 8 hours and no yet no help. Right now I would give this a - 1 out of 10. I'll let you know if this improves.

I don't hate it, I do like it but I wish it was more customizable. Other than that it's fairly easy to set up. and use. Nevermind, something went wrong I had to download it a few times now it doesn't work.

Its not free lol! So disappointed with the misleading advertising, I now realize, that I would have to pay for such an app, but not for this one.

Although the interface to set it up was easy to use and simple, all the really useful customization features are locked behind a paywall. Not only that, but the app simply didn't work. Never showed up on my homepage. Possibly it was because I skipped leaving a review? Seems a little shady to me, especially considering the poor English and grammar on their website. Didn't instill much confidence in me to try harder to get this to work. Definitely not worth $10/mo. I could see charging a one-time fee.

despite keying in all the details, even after saving settings, the whole campaign will automatically delete all your keyed in info and refresh .
