Customer service is great, they are very attentive and helpful. I hope this helps generate some email leads ;)
The tool is really very good, even if a pair of functions and designs would be cool. But the support is really the best. They helped me solve a problem within a few minutes, even though I don't even have the Pro version.
Get ready for the stressfull 15 minutes when you find out your new feature wheel is only giving your customer biggest prize and another 10 minutes you are trying to delete this app. Nightmare. Stay away
