Edit: I appreciate you reaching out but I simply didn't receive the help I was looking for when I contacted support which occupied the remainder of my day. I was told that support could not physically do anything and I would need to pay someone to do it for me ... I was using the app to make more conversions and it would say my codes that were generated was invalid. LOTS of people tried the wheel but no one received a discount. If it's showing that no one used the app its because it did not work and unfortunately support could not assist me with fixing the issue. I've had the app for 27 days so far AS SHOWN BELOW. I did not uninstall it right away. Some other shopify apps are doing fine and their customer service has been great but this one is just super annoying!

Customers spinning the wheel received discount codes that were not valid for use at checkout. Contacted Wheelify Customer Support and was told the issue would be addressed and fixed but still haven't heard anything from the team yet. Kind of disappointing since a customer is waiting for this fix. Will update this app accordingly once the issue gets addressed.

When I saw a pop up message I assumed it was an AI so didn't expect a response when I asked a question but Luis was quick to reply and happy to help with my problem. The app has hugely increased my conversion rate from 2-3% up to 14% so I'm thrilled with that. Highly recommend, my problem was resolved quickly. Thank you!

The app is easy to use and configure and a great way to add customer engagement. Tech support with some initial set up issues and challenges has been good. It would be great if the loading time for the wheel was quicker but understand as an add on this might be difficult.

Trying Wheelify for a new Shopify store. Loved the different themes and options. There can be few more customizations such as intent on mobile and flexible layouts, but all in all a great app to get customers to engage.

La verdad es que no sabía como usarla y desde el segundo en que la descargué vi que todo es bastante intuitivo y está perfectamente conectado con Shopify, me está gustando mucho y la atención es inmediata y muy efectiva.

Easy to set up, support service is great, quick and helpful. The app synchronize with Mailchimp so you can get email automatically, also it sets up coupon codes automatically with Shopify. There are not many customization templates, apart from that the app looks great!
