The gentlemen, I guess his name is Ross , was very helpful and actually set up my wheelie for me in the back ground.

First and foremost, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They promptly answered all my queries and even offered to set up the spin wheel feature for me. He customized the wheel with various prize options. Very helpful for a not so tech savvy individual like myself.
