tanto tiempo de configuración y edición para que al final las funciones básicas tengas que pagarlas...una perdida de tiempo
Lamentamos la confusión que hayas tenido.
Para aclarar, el plan Básico no incluye cuotas de suscripción recurrentes. Solo aplica cargos por uso según las impresiones de las ruedas, y los cargos no se pueden procesar sin la aprobación de autenticación de Shopify.
Parece que hubo un malentendido con respecto al paso de autorización. Te enviamos un correo electrónico con una explicación detallada; por favor, respóndenos para que podamos aclarar todo y ayudarte adecuadamente. Estaremos encantados de ayudarte a configurarlo correctamente.
Pathetic service! One waits WEEKS to get them to resolve an issue. Tried and tried and tired but now given up! Duplicate discounts cost us so much and they seem to never get to fix it!

Customers spinning the wheel received discount codes that were not valid for use at checkout. Contacted Wheelify Customer Support and was told the issue would be addressed and fixed but still haven't heard anything from the team yet. Kind of disappointing since a customer is waiting for this fix. Will update this app accordingly once the issue gets addressed.

The app itself worked great. However when trying to download the list of subscribers it said we had zero when there were over 1000. I emailed support four different times and they said it was fixed. It is not.

Edit: I appreciate you reaching out but I simply didn't receive the help I was looking for when I contacted support which occupied the remainder of my day. I was told that support could not physically do anything and I would need to pay someone to do it for me ... I was using the app to make more conversions and it would say my codes that were generated was invalid. LOTS of people tried the wheel but no one received a discount. If it's showing that no one used the app its because it did not work and unfortunately support could not assist me with fixing the issue. I've had the app for 27 days so far AS SHOWN BELOW. I did not uninstall it right away. Some other shopify apps are doing fine and their customer service has been great but this one is just super annoying!

What a horrible experience!!! This app does not let you customize anything because once you spend your precious limited time editing the app for your website… IT DISAPPEARS! moments after you save it. I tried multiple times with customer service as well & even she was confused! I cannot believe I even had the patience of 3 hours! On this app! To make matters worst! It was live and it turn it off.. I had to go back to edit and change zones the most! Stay AWAY!! I had customers thinking they were getting 40% off with this app bc it wouldn’t change. I am so upset.. complete waste of my time. SAVE YOUR SELF & STAY AWAY!

Most unhelpful "Help Desk". Pretty sure it's just a chat bot with completely irrelevant answers to your questions. Do not waste your time if you are an entrepreneur with limited resources.
The wheel is easy to set up if you use one of their ugly templates. If not, it takes too long and the interface is not great. Use one of the other apps. I wasted too much time trying to figure this dumb one out.
