At first I was having trouble with setting it up so I sent them a message for support and left an okay review, but when they got back to me I realized that it was all on me. Very impressed with this app and it has gotten me at least 2 sales a day since I’ve used it.
App is set as off so that user can make desired changes before showing the spin wheel on the store. Our support team has also addressed your query. We hope that you can also update the review to reflect your recent experience now.

This app is very easy to install and set-up. I was able to customize the discount coupons that can be won and add funny saying for when customers lose. The customer support is amazing. They are quick to reply and will research how to solve an issue if they don't know right away.
