I just recently installed onto my new store. Really nice that you can customise quite a lot in order to try and match branding. Time will tell with regards to increasing conversions. Most impressive point, fantastic instant chat support available. They are always there ready to answer my questions in a personal informative way. They even have nice screen shots prepared to help you find things. Will be 5 stars when I have more time to see if it boots sales.

Pretty customizable, it takes a bit of time to set it up correctly and get the result you want to achieve. Support is very helpful, highly recommended to give it a try. Let's see about the sells results. :)

a great addition to my site! customers love it and great interaction! I not only put discount codes but I also added some free gift dividers and other things to get customer interaction
