Hi, we got charged a Usage Fee even though we are on the FREE plan. I am not able to Create a TIcket on the Wheelify webiste - the Ticketing option does not work, which does not inspire confidence in the app.
How do I reach the support team?

I dont like that no matter how many times i save something, it doesn tactually save. that's frustrating af.

I'm trying to use it, but it's making me leave a review before I use it. I haven't tried using this app yet because it won't let me get past the review part.
