the customer service is very good, the app is well done
Fast support from Luis. This is by far the best, quickest app support I have ever received. The app is running on my site and working perfectly! I am hopeful that this will increase sales and add some fun to our site! Thank you so much Luis for providing excellent customer support!
What I loved about setting up the app in my store was the LIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I was able to communicate what I wanted and in a few minutes, it was all set up for me. This truly was the easiest and quickest way to set up an app and I was so grateful!
I have only just loaded the app onto my Shopify so I don't have any practical experience with the app just yet.
That being said the Customer Service is AMAZING!! The instant help through the Chat was FANTASTIC..

Easy to use app and great customer support
Just installing this app now as it was recommended by a few successful stores that I`ve seen. I`m not sure about customer conversions yet, but the 24/7 support for this app is spot on. As soon as I downloaded it, Daniel was there to help answer my many questions and even set up the first campaign for me. Pretty sweet!
I`m looking forward to seeing how well this works for conversions so that I can recommend it to my friends as well, but I`m very impressed with the fast support so far!
