I was looking for an easy way to run price tests on my store, and this app delivered exactly what I needed. The interface is clean, the setup is simple, and the data is reliable. Plus, the support team responded incredibly fast. really impressed. Highly recommended!
Split takes the complexity out of CRO testing and makes it approachable for everyone. Their customer support is hands down the best I’ve experienced in e-commerce SaaS. If you’re looking to improve your store’s performance, you won’t regret trying Split.
Very bad, I insist for a long time, has experienced constant error, delay, unable to create the test, can't choose the product after test finally launched the first product price, but it's very wonderful is a few hours later I products in the price of shopify concrete was somehow changed, changed to test the price of group B, ridiculous! Customer support is slow to respond, I can never reach customer support in the instant chat dialog box, and the contents of the dialog box are cleared after refreshing. Not recommended for anyone!
Really simple to use for testing conversion rates on our Shopify store. We mainly run price and shipping tests, and Split has been a game-changer in helping us understand the impact of both major and minor changes. The app’s functionality is top-notch, and we had a great experience with their support team (shoutout to Bill) who got back to us super quickly and even jumped on a call to help resolve the issues we were facing.
