It doesn't work, customers reported that it only works with debit cards, doesn't work internationally - orders lost, poor support. Am uninstalling it from all stores

Our app is designed to support international customers and multiple payment methods, so we’d really like to understand what happened in your case. The issue may depend on the payment provider, store configuration, or the specific payment method being used.
We also apologize if our support didn’t provide the level of assistance you expected. We’d be happy to investigate the reported orders and work with you to identify the cause.

I had an issue with an existing App interfering, making setup a challenge. But the folks at Finloop worked with me to identify and solve the issue quickly. Even offered me a temporary discount for the trouble.
The next week this app fails again, they let me know it's a compatibility issue with a different app this time, they fix the issue. Then the next day it breaks again.
I'm sure it's a great app on stores with very few other apps installed, but it unfortunately will not work for us.

Val fue excelente con su servicio, me apoyó a dejar configurada mi tienda para ser funcional en México, para hacer pagos 50/50 correctamente y no interferir con mis opciones de pago tradicionales (Mercado Pago/Paypal). Me dejó claro el problema técnico y me apoyó con Shopify Payments y la traducción de la app en español. Muy bueno!

The activation is very easy and simple to download hopefully the customer would have a great experience to purchase our expensive items with the installment plan.

Needs some work, but does the basics of laybuys (deferred payments) pretty well
