Valeri was fantastic. He contacted me right away and logged onto my computer with me on a remote session and helped me troubleshoot my issue, which was of my own doing, not SPD Split Payment & Deposit. In just a couple of clicks, it was fixed. Valeri also went above and beyond to help me with an issue that had nothing to do with his App. Very kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend him.

Valerii w/ Support was amazing as well as I made a suggestion about a way that some of us who do custom work could utilize the app even more so I hope to see those improvements or at least those improvements considered and I appreciate Valerii for listening and taking it tomorrow consideration!!! So far this app is very easy to set up. Straight forward at the checkout, customer service has been quick and helpful and I like how I can decide how many payments the split payments will be.

I had some questions about how to properly set up deferred payments and minimize risks when collecting payments in installments on auto mode. Andrey from the support team helped me out super quickly — even though it was a weekend! He provided a great consultation and shared helpful tips.
