Split - Partial Payments, and especially Egor and Artem, were extremely helpful and quick to code the "Testament" template in order that their great App solution could be incorporated in our Cart section. The placed the "Split Payment" button perfectly on top of the payment gateway and credit card icons. Their offering is very helpful for customers who would like to use several debit/credit cards of their own or split a payment with family members or friends. I could not be more satisfied. DO NOT USE! did a split credit card payment, and money was not deposited into our account in shopify. "Customer service" useless.

There is just one crucial request I have.
If possible, could you please include the total amount after installment payments near the product price? This would make it even easier for customers to make a purchase.

Due to the fact that after the first installation, the customer paid the amount to pay for shipping twice, which is true, so uninstall the app. I think the app is indeed very easy to set up successfully, and like our sauna, the simplicity of the installation is the biggest advantage of the product. No need for fancy features, it is a success. I will be installing this app to test it again and if it doesn't produce the correct order amount perfectly, I will be very disappointed again.

I initially had issues with this app as it is not compatible with Bold Product Options. I did not know that until after months. It caused quite a bit of issues and took me many weeks to get paid my $9890.00. There customer service has been very through in helping get this resolved though. They have helped me move over to another app that is supposed to be compatible. I very much appreciate their customer service specifically Kensia is wonderful.

Seems like a great app so far - BUT how do you account for product shipping costs? if the split payment happens in the cart and shipping is calculated at check out

Mostly a good app to offer customers part payment without using Afterpay etc

An honest review:
I am not sure why this isn't a fundamental shopify option. The idea is great. I have had some time to test the app and found I problems a few times.
Support are also very slow, and either don't understand english, or are simply stupid. They will waste a lot of your time and cost you alot of money.
I really don't think the Devs of this app are really competent as theres issue after issue with this app. I have never been able to use it for a whole week with out issues.
Its not a simple install.
Theres a lot that needs to be changed in CSS and it isn't completely responsive. I had to get them to fix it because it overlaps on many mobile phones. Still to this day, you cannot use it because it overlaps on some mobile screens. Devs don't know what they are doing again.
Theres a payment widget that pops up with your new split orders. That widget breaks your website. I will disable anything and everything that its on top of.
If it sits on your menu bar, say goodbye to your whole menu. You cant click anything. Making the app useless and you lose sales.
All in all. I have good hopes for this app but I cannot see it being used untill it works and support sort their stuff out. Because as of right now, Alex from support is about as useful as a potato changing the the light globe.
2 stars, one for a great idea. and 2 for it being free.
The Split - Partial Payments app is a must-have for your store! If you have products that are on the pricer side, it allows customers to use more than one card or even split payments with a 3rd party. It was very easy to set up and chat assistance was available instantly when I had an inquiry. Many thanks for this great app!!
