Split Payment & Deposit SpurIT

Seems like a good app but if you want to use a coupon code then it won’t work. coupon codes are a must for my store so sadly I can’t use this app. Customer service was great though, by chat they quickly confirmed this is is an issue caused by shopify’s limitations.

We were excited about using this app. It looks promising, and as if it would be a great fit for us. However we would wish that the support experience was more supportive. The support representative did respond back fast, but with short and uninspired answers. We did try a few times with further questions but it did not seem that there would be any effort on the other end. We did ask to speak with somebody that may have further technical knowledge but we were asked to contact Shopify instead. We will see...It is our experience that when the app support refers to Shopify support at first question, without trying to clarify, it is better to call it quits....If we find an alternative app that offer the same features we will go ahead and try that one instead.

Due to the fact that after the first installation, the customer paid the amount to pay for shipping twice, which is true, so uninstall the app. I think the app is indeed very easy to set up successfully, and like our sauna, the simplicity of the installation is the biggest advantage of the product. No need for fancy features, it is a success. I will be installing this app to test it again and if it doesn't produce the correct order amount perfectly, I will be very disappointed again.

Mostly a good app to offer customers part payment without using Afterpay etc
Easy to install and simple to use with options for various payments

i did have issue with payment of the app and they did respond promptly

Great, simple app! Does exactly what I need to allow customers to split payments across different payment sources. Support was great when I had a question.
