Spocket ‑ US & EU Dropshipping

I love this store spocket is a great wholesale store with lots of great products to choose from everything on here is where I would purchase. This is a wonderful site and very easy to help with ordering. I just had someone place an order and I was able to come here and made all the progress with one click of a button and to me since I do not have a lot of experience when it comes to handling the computer i was just blown away with the great experience that I learned from the moving products to my new online store. if one of my friends were to open an online store i will send them here to add to their collection

I used this app because I wanted to stray away from Chinese products with long shipping times and you all helped tremendously. I appreciate the constant chat support for answering my questions. Specifically want to mention Russel as they helped me through many questions this particular evening. I really like how the push system works for products. The only thing I can think of right now to add would be a bulk editor while on the Import List page to edit a bunch of products that happen to all be in the same collection instead of one by one adding each one to the same collection. Also adding the ability to add ratings to products integrated from the suppliers would be amazing; although I know that I read that it is extremely hard to get all suppliers on the same page to do so. All in all, very good, well-rounded drop shipping app with great support!

Where I would love to leave a 5 star review, I have to mention that there have been a few issues... I like that I am able to find products that are shipped from the US which speeds up delivery time, but my first order the supplier stated that it was coming from the US but then shipped from China which meant I was giving my customer incorrect information on shipping times. My second order was great and shipped from the US and next day, so that made up for it.

I did attempt to change my Empire membership billing information and thats were I started to consider cancelling because for some reason even though PayPal paid my monthly membership fee, I had previously updated it to my Shopify Balance card and it didn't take. Then when I cancelled the PayPal recurring agreement, my account on Spocket was cancelled completely! This is when things started to become very frustrating for me because even though I had PayPal transaction numbers that showed it was paid, they had to send my inquiry to billing who didnt respond after a week and I once again had to reach out through chat. And the worst part now was that I had a sale for a "premium" product that I wasn't able to complete checkout for my customer because my membership had "cancelled"!

BUT My new support, ROBBIE, was able to fix the issue and get things resolved AND made sure that my next memberships fee was paid through the correct card. So THANK YOU ROBBIE!

But at this point I have had 3 interactions with doing business on Spocket and 2 of them were strikes... Let's just hope I have no more, because I do seem to find products here that I cant find elsewhere and would really like to keep using them.
