I downloaded the app and set up my information, but I'm not sure if it's suitable for drop-shippers? Can anyone clarify this for me?

Pretty worthless app. Install it and wait for days upon days then they notify you saying they are not taking new vendors. Oh well

Pricing was all messed up due to being in Canada it shows USD pricing but no indication that it is USD. When I asked support it was a big run around and delays. Then after a phone call and asking me to try the app again i realize none of the picture imported. Sigh, back to Tech support. I'm not even set up yet! Update* They don't check the issue but instead give you time wasting advise like clear your cookies and come back. There is no real support! Then they say let me get you support after tonnes of time wasted following steps that do nothing! So you wait many days for the REAL support to get back to you.

I am very happy with this app. It is has everything I need to manage and publish my products for my clients. I like the amount of details it takes care of me automatically. The customer support team is also top quality. Never had any questions or issues unanswered. They also have extensive learning materials that I am using to improve my business and reach more clients easily.

I've known about Spocket for a while now, and interacted with them throughout that time. I (newspookie) joined this year and it's been a great platform for giving my brand a larger distribution channel. They make it so easy to integrate with my existing Shopify account as well the support team is so helpful and respond quickly to any questions you have. It's all been positive from my end!

Excellent app with the support to match. We had a few issues syncing inventory due to having an older version of the app, but support and tech team went above and beyond to fix it. Loads of orders coming in now!
